To ensure clarity and confidence, our business will signs a lease with you and personally guarantees the rent, reinforcing our commitment to this partnership.

How long is your typical guest stay?

Our guests’ stays typically range from 5 days to several months, depending on seasonal demand and their professional needs. Most are corporate executives, traveling medical staff, remote workers, or contractors who need flexible stays of 2-3 months to align with their projects. We’re happy to accommodate varying schedules to suit their lifestyles.

How do you know how many people are utilizing the property?

At Trustbridge, your safety is our highest priority. With your consent, we will install a Wi-Fi-enabled security camera on the building’s exterior to enhance our security protocols. This measure allows us to monitor for unauthorized individuals, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the highest standards of security.

How does your guest screening process work? What is your criteria?

We partner with platforms that run background checks and verify IDs. Additionally, we run an additional background check with an independent 3rd party company, to ensure only high-quality guests book the property.

 

We personally review each request to ensure a good fit. We also ask guests about their reason for staying and carefully consider their needs—because a safe, positive experience matters for everyone. After all, our reputation depends on delivering trust and professionalism at every step.

Where do you list properties on vacation platforms like AirBNB?

We list your property across premier platforms like Furnished Finder, Travel Nurse Housing,  CorporateHousing, and AirBNB.

 

These OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) seamlessly connect you with guests while we focus on attracting vetted corporate professionals, healthcare workers, and leisure travelers. Every single guest undergoes our thorough, double-screening process, ensuring reliability and your peace of mind.

How do you prevent parties? What happens if a party occurs?

We take the care of your property seriously—here’s how we ensure it stays in top shape:

We have strict policies against unauthorized events and use discreet noise monitoring to catch issues early. If activity exceeds reasonable levels, our team steps in immediately to resolve any problems (including removing disruptive guests if needed). Should rare incidents occur, we’ll cover all repairs and maintenance at no cost to you.
